What happens if I exceed my remote support hours?+

For IT Essentials tier (3 hours/month), additional support hours are billed at $100/hour. However, we recommend upgrading to Professional or Premium tier if you consistently need more support, as unlimited remote support during business hours provides better value and peace of mind.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier mid-contract?+

Yes! You can upgrade your tier at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades are processed at the end of your current billing cycle. When upgrading, you'll only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the month, plus any applicable setup fee difference. Please contact staff to initiate an upgrade or downgrade.

What's included in the setup fee?+

The one-time setup fee covers initial network assessment, installation of monitoring agents on all workstations, configuration of antivirus/EDR protection, establishment of backup systems, documentation of your network infrastructure, and comprehensive onboarding training for your team. This ensures we hit the ground running from day one.

What are your business hours for support?+

Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Premium tier clients receive 6 hours per month of after-hours emergency service for critical issues. For businesses requiring more coverage, we offer custom enterprise packages—contact us for details.

How quickly do you respond to support requests?+

All tiers receive priority business-hours support with response times under 2 hours for critical issues and 4 hours for standard requests. Our proactive monitoring often identifies and resolves issues before you even notice them, minimizing downtime and disruption to your business operations.

What if I have more workstations than the tier maximum?+

Premium tier supports 16-25 workstations, with additional workstations available at $100/month each. For organizations with more than 25 workstations, we offer custom enterprise packages with volume discounts and tailored service levels. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs.

Is there a contract commitment?+

We offer both month-to-month and annual contract options. Annual contracts receive a 2 month discount and priority scheduling for on-site visits. There's no penalty for cancellation with 30 days notice, though the setup fee is non-refundable. We're confident you'll love our service and want to stay long-term!

Do you provide hardware and software procurement?+

Yes! We can procure hardware, software licenses, and cloud services on your behalf, often at discounted rates through our vendor partnerships. This service is included in all tiers at no additional cost—we simply pass through our wholesale pricing to you, saving you time and money on IT purchases.
