Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service with CAH Tech, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our mobile computer services are provided on-site at your location within our service area in Northeast Atlanta.

2. Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Requirement

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Our technicians rely on their scheduled appointments to maintain a stable income. By providing notice, we can fill your appointment slot with another client in need of assistance.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within the 24-hour window before your scheduled service, a $75 fee will apply. This fee helps compensate our technicians who would otherwise lose work due to the last-minute change.

Arrival Window

Please be mindful of the arrival window provided for your appointment. Our technician will send a notification when they are en route. If we cannot access your computer or workspace within 20 minutes of our arrival, a $75 fee will be charged to the account.

Thank you for understanding and helping us provide consistent service for all clients.

3. Payment Terms

All services require payment at the time of booking. The base service fee is $200, with additional charges for selected add-ons determined during service. Final pricing may vary based on the specific work required.

4. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and will address any issues related to our service. If you experience problems with work we've completed, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your equipment and data, we recommend maintaining current backups. CAH Tech is not liable for data loss or hardware failure unrelated to our service work.

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.
